The short version: Mommaz Plate has no user accounts and no server of its own. Your profiles, allergies, meal plans, ratings, and progress are stored on your device. We do not collect them, we cannot see them, and there is nothing for us to sell or lose.
Mommaz Plate is a mobile and web application published by Bailey Buoniello (Source Launch Fulfill), Michigan, United States. It was previously published under the name Platekin; the app, the data practices, and the people behind it are the same. Questions about this policy: bailey@sourcelaunchfulfill.com.
From the app: none. Mommaz Plate does not require an account, does not ask you to sign in, and does not transmit your information to us. There is no Mommaz Plate server that receives your data.
The information you enter (household member names, ages, height and weight, biological sex, activity level, dietary preferences, health considerations, allergens, food likes and dislikes, meal plans, recipe ratings, notes, weight entries, water intake, and workout logs) is written only to your device's local application storage. Deleting the app deletes that data.
From this website: if you submit your email address to the launch notification form, we receive that email address and the time you submitted it. It is stored by our website host, Netlify, and is used only to send you a single notice when Mommaz Plate is available on the App Store and Google Play. You can ask us to delete it at any time by emailing the address above.

If and when you subscribe, the purchase is processed by Apple's App Store or Google Play under their own terms. We receive the fact that a subscription is active and its renewal status. We never see your card number, billing address, or any other payment detail.
Mommaz Plate is intended for adults. You may create profiles for children in your household; that information stays on your device exactly like everybody else's. Child profiles deliberately hide calorie targets and supplement content. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. We do not collect personal information from anyone.
Because your app data never leaves your device, you already hold it directly: you can view, edit, export, or erase all of it inside the app, and uninstalling removes it entirely. For the launch-notification email address described above, you may request access or deletion by emailing bailey@sourcelaunchfulfill.com, and we will respond within 30 days. Depending on where you live, you may have rights under the GDPR, the UK GDPR, or the CCPA and similar state laws; we honor those requests regardless of jurisdiction.
Your app data is protected by your device's own storage protections and passcode or biometric lock. Since we hold no copy, there is no Mommaz Plate database to breach. Please note that data stored on a device you share or lose is only as private as that device.
If this policy changes materially, for example if a future version of Mommaz Plate introduces optional cloud sync, we will update this page, change the date at the top, and describe the change in the app's release notes before the feature ships. The September 3, 2026 update reflects the rename from Platekin to Mommaz Plate and changed no data practice.
