Community guidelines
Mommaz Plate · Last updated: September 26, 2026
Community is a kitchen table. Share what you cook, cheer people on, and treat everyone the way you would treat someone eating at your house.
Post
- Food you cooked, what you are cooking, your week of meals, and your workouts
- Your own photos, or photos you have the right to share
- Honest notes on what worked and what you changed
Do not post
- Harassment, bullying, threats, or hate against anyone for who they are
- Sexual content, nudity, or anything that sexualizes a minor (see our child safety standards)
- Violence, gore, or content that encourages self-harm or disordered eating
- Unsafe food advice: raw or undercooked meat, poultry, fish or eggs served as safe, home canning shortcuts, or medical claims that a food treats or cures a disease
- Spam, scams, links, selling, or pretending to be someone else
- Other people's private information
Health
Nutrition numbers, condition labels and ingredient swaps in Mommaz Plate are general information, not medical advice. Posts are people's own experiences. Talk to your doctor or dietitian about your own diet.
What happens when rules are broken
Mommaz Plate has zero tolerance for objectionable content and abusive users. You can report or block anyone from their post, comment, message or profile. We review reports, remove what breaks these rules, and suspend or remove accounts that break them, without warning for serious cases. Verified accounts follow the same rules and can lose their badge.
